Registration and submissions

You can register to attend the conference using our dedicated ConfTool platform. When registering as a participant, you will have the option to select which days of the conference you plan to attend and whether you would like to join us for the conference dinner at the Royal Society on 6 September. Our privacy policy covering the use of your data is available here. Please feel free to contact the conference coordination team at landscapes@leicester.ac.uk if you have any questions.

We have also opened a call for abstracts for our parallel sessions. If you would like to contribute to these sessions, please submit an abstract of no more than 200 words via ConfTool. There are six parallel sessions that are open for proposals, as detailed below, and you will be required to select which session you would like to contribute to when entering your abstract. Please note that for Session 8.2, Caring for Landscapes: can framings around care better align national strategies with local delivery?, you should select “case study” as your submission type. For the other five parallel sessions, please select “full paper” as the submission type.

The call for abstracts will close on 31 July 2023, so please ensure you have submitted your proposal by this date if you wish to be considered for inclusion in the conference programme. Decisions will be sent shortly afterwards by the conference coordination team.
